Crowns to Catwalk is a fashion show infused with the elegance of pageantry. But it’s more than just strutting down a runway—it’s about stepping into any space with confidence and purpose. It’s about developing the ability to express yourself with clarity, own your individuality, and embrace challenges with resilience.

At Crowns to Catwalk, all fees, competition categories, and trainings are necessary for participation in the competition. Below, we’ll outline what each requirement includes and how it enhances your overall experience.
Model Fee $400
This fee covers the cost of competition training, the mass rehearsal, and a contestant wristband. The fee can be paid in full or split into two separate payments. A $200 registration fee, applied to the fee, is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days or it will result in forfeiture. All fees are non-refundable. Registration closes on June 1, 2025, or once all spots are filled!
Audience Ticket Sales
To compete, each participant must purchase (10) event tickets at $30 each. The expense can be earned back as you sell tickets to supporters. Ticket sales cover the costs of producing the event, including cash prizes, trophies, staff expenses, lighting, and the venue rental.
Not a Fan of Selling Tickets? Consider asking a local business to sponsor you, host a fundraiser, or collect contributions from friends and family who want to support your journey—even if they can’t attend. Make it work in a way that feels right for you!
Required Competitions
1. Formal allows you to showcase elegance on the runway in a gown of your choosing.
2. Creative requires you to create an over-the-top outfit that stands out.
3. Themed is an outfit crafted together based on a theme revealed by Crowns To Catwalk production team.
Each category is judged separately in the competition, with a maximum score of 30% for each.

Required Trainings
You'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry, gaining valuable knowledge and experience. In person trainings June 22, 2025, with classes offered on Fridays or Sundays—you can choose the day that works best for you. See a breakdown of the training sessions!

Pageant Classes (3 in person sessions): Focus on the fundamentals and expectations of pageantry, including posture, presentation, and walking with grace.
​
Catwalk Classes (2 in person sessions): Are essential for mastering a fierce runway walk, learning how-to capture the audience's attention, and stand out on the runway.
​
Stage Presence Classes (2 online sessions): Will teach you how to leave a lasting impression. You'll learn to project high energy and confidently showcase the clothing and accessories on the catwalk.

Personal Branding Classes (2 online sessions): Is all about marketing yourself! You'll learn how to craft and communicate your personal story and showcase your unique brand identity. This class prepares you for the competition readiness class, where you'll stand in front of the judges before stepping onto the stage.

Competition Readiness Class (1 in person session): You're ready, but a little nervous! Here you become fully prepared—both physically and mentally—for the competition. We’ll conduct a full run-through of the show. You’ll also market yourself to the judges and tell them why you deserve to be crowned Miss. Crowns To Catwalk! Your overall speech will account for 10% of your competition score.
